MUSIC MINISTRY
True worship is about experiencing God and here at Living Water, we believe that music is a vital part of that experience.
Our mission as a music ministry is simple. We seek to glorify God by offering praise and worship through music. Our music is centered on Jesus Christ and everything we do is to bring glory and honor to God.
Our worship services are designed to allow everyone an opportunity to be a part of praising God. We believe worship is something we do, not just something we watch. Everyone is encouraged to participate in the service singing, praying and any other Biblical opportunity to worship God. The music used in our worship can be described as a blend of modern, scripturally-based praise songs which give straight praise to God and the great hymns of faith which give praise to God along with telling a story of why we praise Him. Music specials are presented each Sunday by one of the various choirs and by soloists or ensembles. Our services also utilize various forms of multimedia presentations. Simply put, the worship services at Living Water are designed to encourage all generations of people to be involved in worshiping God.
Here is a list and description of the different areas of the music ministry.
The Celebration Choir is the adult choir whose age group ranges from juniors in high school through senior adult. It is not necessary to be able to read music to be a part of this choir. We feel it is our responsibility to help you grow in your music skills as we work together from week to week. The Celebration Choir meets once a week for rehearsal and participates in Sunday worship services almost every week. This choir also presents major outreach programs annually such as Christmas and Easter musicals along with other special worship services. You will find this choir to be an exciting opportunity for fellowship, growth, acceptance and worship.

LWBC Praise Team seeks to lead in praise and worship at each worship service through modern praise choruses and songs. The high-energy group uses various instruments as well as vocals and rehearses at various times throughout the week.
Tiny Tunes, Music Makers, and iworship are our children's choirs. The age range for these choirs are: Tiny Tunes, age 3 - kindergarten, Music Makers, 1st grade - 3rd grade, and iworship, 4th grade - 6th grade.
Our primary goal with these children's ensembles is to provide an environment where every child is given an opportunity to grow in their knowledge and experience of worship. This will be accomplished through curriculum-driven classes that will meet each Sunday evening at 6pm.
It is our desire as a music ministry to provide an opportunity for all age groups and ability levels to be involved. From pre-school through senior adult, vocalists to instrumentalists, there is a place for you! The blessings of God have been and continue to be on the music ministry here at Living Water.
